Eric Turner

Eric has been working in the field of ABA since 2016. He received his bachelor's degree in sociology from Utah State University, and Master's degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. He became a BCBA in 2020, and has worked with children, adolescents, and teenagers in different settings including school, home, and the community. His favorite part of working with children and their families is being able to incorporate their interests and priorities into sessions, as well as see the progress that can be made building skills and allowing learners to access greater opportunities. Amy Anderson
Care Coordinator
Amy has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and has worked in reproductive health care and education since 2005. She is also an RBT. She enjoys knitting, painting, opera, The Grateful Dead and collecting weird things from walks with her pit bull, Pearly Baker.
Brianna Speck
Behavior Analyst
Brianna Speck is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over eight years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Dixie State University and her Master's in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. She began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician and later became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst before earning her final certification as a BCBA. This progressive experience has provided her with a well-rounded perspective of compassionate client care and team collaboration. She has extensive experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, focusing on skill development, behavior reduction, and caregiver support. Outside of her professional role, Brianna is a proud mom that loves spending time with her family, paddle boarding, paint nights with friends, and getting lost in a good book. She is known for being organized, creative and a natural planner, she also brings a fun, outgoing, and adventurous spirit to both her personal and professional life. Kathryn VanDenBerg, BCBA
Behavior Analyst
Kathryn began her career in ABA in 2003 as an in-home behavioral aide. She was certified as a BCBA in 2007 and brings her 20 years of compassionate experience to every client. Kathryn received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University Sacramento and a Master's in Education with an emphasis in Instructional Design from American Intercontinental University. Kathryn established, grew and managed her own ABA agency for 15 years. She brings a passion for teaching with experience as an undergraduate psychology instructor at University of North Texas and adjunct faculty at National University in the ABA certification program. Her passion in the field of ABA includes providing caregivers with the tools to encourage success and confidence for every family. Kathryn enjoys spending time with family, quilting, crafting and being outside in nature. READ MORE

Center Manager
With over nine years of experience as a nanny for a variety of families, JaCee has developed a deep passion for nurturing and supporting the growth and happiness of children. Her hands-on work with children has provided her with invaluable insights into the unique needs of children as individuals. In addition to her practical experience, JaCee holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, giving her a strong foundation in leadership, problem-solving, and business operations. She is committed to blending these skills with her nurturing approach to create an environment where both learners and families thrive. Outside of work, JaCee enjoys reading, hiking, crafting, and spending quality time with her husband and family. Makiah has experience in being an RBT for over 4 years where she has found her passion in working with children and their families. For her, the best part of the job is seeing the growth in kids and supporting their families throughout the process. She has earned her Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Studies with an emphasis of Family Studies & Human Development from Utah Tech University. Making a positive impact in other's lives is what drives Makiah to continue to pursue this line of work. Training Specialist
Tiaré began working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2020 and has numerous experiences of being a Mentor, a QA Reviewer, and now a Training Specialist. She loves the field of ABA and is excited to expand her knowledge and skills. Before becoming an RBT, Tiaré worked in school districts, special needs classrooms, residential homes, and day programs as a Direct Support Professional.
